What credit cards are accepted by SensualCanada.com?

Can I pay with Canadian currency?
YES! All of our prices are in CDN dollars and will be charged in CDN dollars.
Is there anything on the shipping box that gives away where I am ordering from?
No, the products will be sent in a plain brown box with a shipping label attached. The return address will show Internet Distributions, Calgary, Canada, NOT Sensual Canada as the name.
Will ‘Sensual Canada’ show up on my credit card statement?
No, at Sensual Canada we believe our customers are entitled to the utmost privacy. Sensual Canada does NOT show up on your credit card statement. All you will see is a charge from ‘Internet Distributions’.
Once my order is placed, is there any way I can change it?
In a word, yes. However, please be aware that we work hard to get your order out as soon as possible -- usually the same day if the order was placed before 12pm. If you want to change your order, e-mail us immediately at orders@sensualcanada.com. Please include your full name with all correspondence.
How can I check on the status of my order?
When you place an order online, we will send you an e-mail from Internet Distributions to confirm the receipt of your order. If you have received the e-mail and have not received your order within the expected time frame, then please send an e-mail to orders@sensualcanada.com. Please include your full name and date of order in e-mail
Do you have a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, because we are continually bringing in new inventory with the latest and most innovative sexual products, our available range of products tends to grow and change very quickly. A printed catalog would not be very feasible since it would become quite outdated. For that reason, our online shop is currently the only retail location available. Fortunately, this way you're guaranteed to have up-to-date access to all our products!

Yes, at Sensual Canada we stand behind all our products. We believe we offer the best quality sex toys at the best prices. If you are unhappy with any product for any reason, simply send us back the product for a refund or exchange it for another product. Our return policy is limited to 30 days from date of purchase.
